Breema is based on a profound understanding of the principles that govern the entire universe and everything in it.

Learn and practice simple Breema partner sequences and Self-Breema exercises that introduce us to an entirely new and different way of moving and relating, and provide access to new dimensions of physical, mental, and emotional health and balance. Integrating the Nine Principles of Harmony into our practice gives us an opportunity to benefit when bringing them to the activities of daily life.

You’ll learn short sequences to share with friends or clients that enliven you while you give them.  Each of these monthly workshops is different and unique; you'll learn different sequences while deepening in the practice.

I have been an instructor of somatic arts & healing arts for ~30 years. I've come to believe that we need many different somatic "inputs", just as we need many kinds of vegetables, fruits and other wholesome foods. I favor stick stretching for flexibility and coordination, Pilates for recruitment and integration, and I turn to Breema and Self-Breema for grounding, finding ease and comfort in the body, and feeling like I belong on the planet!  It's simply that delicious. I hope you'll take this opportunity to kindle a new relationship with your integrated self through these workshops.
